Who we are

PDS (“we”, “us”) is a bespoke software development practice based in Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. We do not profile visitors, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We use your details to reply to you and, if you become a client, to keep in touch with you about the work we are doing for you. We will never add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

When you submit the contact form, your details pass through a small number of service providers we use to operate this website:

• Cloudflare — the spam check (Turnstile) that protects the form from bots;
• Resend — the email service that delivers your enquiry to our mailbox;
• Zoho — the mailbox provider where your enquiry is received, stored and answered.

Each of these providers processes your data only as needed to deliver their service to us, under their own data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, after which they are deleted in the normal course of mailbox housekeeping.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, which always shows the current version.
